We want you to love your look, but due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of beauty products, we can only accept returns on unopened and factory-sealed contact lens packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your contact lens boxes are unopened, unused, and still in their original sterile packaging with all seals intact.

  Submit a Request

  Contact our beauty support team with your order number and a photo of the sealed products to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Place the items in a sturdy box with adequate padding to prevent damage during transit and include your RMA form inside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service and allow 5-7 business days for our quality control team to process your refund.
